Refund policy

You can order from TonerMax with complete confidence. We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction.

The Customer will promptly check for correctness in deliveries made by TonerMax and will advise TonerMax of any short shipments, mispicks, damage or incorrect deliveries within 14 days of receipt of goods by the Customer. 

Before initiating the returns process, you need to determine the type of request you wish to make:

  • Ordered the wrong model by mistake: Please contact us. Repack and restock fees might be charged.
  • Leaking / Damaged on arrival: Please contact us and provide pictures of the product and parcel. We will send a replacement or credit.
  • Received the Wrong Item: Please contact us and provide pictures of the product and parcel. We will send a replacement or credit.
  • Incompatible /Unable to install / Faulty or not working on arrival. Before we look at returns, let's see what we can do about getting your cartridges working:

1) Installing correctly: Start by making sure that you are putting your new cartridges in not just accidentally replacing the old empty cartridges (believe me it happens).

2) If it's an ink cartridge take off the top tab first (if there is one) then the clip (but don't do this over the carpet as occasionally a drop of ink might try to escape, particularly if it's hot)

If it's a toner cartridge remove the plastic clip and/or plastic strip

3) Whether your new cartridges are original or aftermarket, you always have to run a print head clean or maintenance routine after you install your cartridges. This ensures the printer is primed, clean and ready to print. Just find maintenance or cleaning on the menu of your printer and follow the instructions.

If the printing isn't clear you might need to run the deep clean option or the clean option a second time.

4) If you are still having issues then call 0212176670 and speak to one of our lovely support staff who will do everything they can to get you printing.

5) You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.

  • Firmware Upgraded: Printer firmware updates downloaded from printer manufacturers either manually or automatically may stop compatible ink cartridges from working. Ink cartridges supplied that stop working due to subsequent printer firmware updates released by the printer manufacturers are not covered by warranty.
  • Risk-Free Guarantee: We provide 14 days no reason risk-free return for TonerMax Brand toner cartridge or ink cartridge. Items must be as new, in original condition with no markings on the packaging in order to be returned. In most cases, TonerMax will provide a full refund for any product that is returned unopened and in an original condition less a small restocking fee to cover shipping costs.
